Delivery Information

At The TEA & PANTRY Co. we offer reliable delivery to our customers and can guarantee your items arrive in time as requested. Delivery is charged at a set cost of  £5.95 and is available free-of-charge for all orders over £100. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped. All of our hampers are sent first class with Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Tracking code will be supplied by email or sms text message once you have made your purchase.

Returns Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our products and hampers are carefully wrapped and packaged using high quality eco-friendly materials.  If for any reason any of your items are damaged on receipt of your parcel we will be happy to offer a replacement or provide a full refund if requested. To receive a replacement or refund please send a photograph of the damaged item with a brief description to our email: info@teaandpantry.co.uk. We will endeavour to deal with your request as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns of any perishable goods.
